Is pyDCOP for IoT use cases alone?

Please, I am new to DCOP and I am hoping to use this library to help me in my work on DCOP for multi-agent coordination. I want to find out if pyDCOP is only useful for IoT case studies. Can it be used for environments with mobile agents who need to coordinate? Thank you.
