[Bug]: Module - List - white space above list

Describe the issue

When I first enter the module > List screen the list appears with a large area of white space above the first list item, below the app bar. This does not always happen subsequently, but usually only on the first launch of the screen.

Expected Behavior

The list should appear directly below the app bar with no white space between the list and the app bar
