[Bug]: Guideline Color dark / light mode change issue

Describe the issue

2 scenarios when in the Guideline > color page when the tab bar is set to light and the OS is set to light:

• color list view:
  • set the os color to dark
  • the overall page is set to dark but the content is left to light
• color detailed view:
  • select the orange color
  • set the os to dark
  • the orange color is changed BUT the name of the color did not change

Expected Behavior

• color list view: the switch from light to dark should change the entire page in this case the entire page should switch to dark
• color detailed view: the entire switch should happen, the description of the color should reflect the color change
