[Study] Lint Unit Tests Integration

Based on the Mobile Accessibility Talk it was decided to investigate the possibility of:

• using the Lint / expresso test tools
• setup unit tests for the module pages

Task objective:

• document accessibility best practices (update Definition of done - wiki welcome context)
• define a plan for this implementation
• create the corresponding issues to implement the action plan
