[Feature Request] Allow custom path in v.5.0

Hi, looking at the code of toolbar.js v5.0.0-alpha8 I see no option to allow the server files to be installed in a subdirectory. It looks like the complete /serveur/ directory content needs to be in a site root to function.

Is that correct? If so, I'll won't be able to integrate v.5 in my WordPress plugin...

Indeed, as I said in #235, v5 is still in its early stage.

Expect major changes in a few months.
