[OUDS] Load fonts from CDN

Proposal

Helvetica Neue fonts have been deployed on a CDN. We should declare font-face for the 3 fonts references (55, 65, 75). The CDN Url is :

• HelvNeue75_W1G: https://mastermedia.dam-broadcast.com/pm_12751_481_481809-jpsl5jfhqr.woff2 for weight 700
• HelvNeue65_W1G: https://mastermedia.dam-broadcast.com/pm_12751_481_481806-7qub439wn2.woff2 for weight 500
• HelvNeue55_W1G: https://mastermedia.dam-broadcast.com/pm_12751_481_481803-rxr62lpoh5.woff2 for weight 400

We should also declare the font face for Sosh fonts :

• Sosh-Bold: https://mastermedia.dam-broadcast.com/pm_12751_481_481815-ojy8s67exy.woff2 for weight 700
• Sosh-Medium: https://mastermedia.dam-broadcast.com/pm_12751_481_481818-c864rlm9lq.woff2 for weight 500
• no usage of Thin for weight 400 on Sosh for now

Motivation and context

Orange Brand wants to use Helvetica Neue on digital assets and we should load custom fonts for other brands.
