[OUDS] Renaming of "OUDS" to something else

Proposal

Context

It was discussed the "OUDS" acronym, and in general, the name of "Orange Unified Design System" was not suitable and too much confusing with "Orange Design System".

Issue

What could be the consequences or implications ot have a new name?

Proposals for new names: Zest, Smoothie, Open Unified Design System, Design Toolbox (choosen it seems...)

• [ ] Change repo documentation to not mention OUDS
• [ ] Change branch name and rules depending on it (netlify)
• [ ] Rename GitHub boards
• [ ] Update workflow between boards
• [ ] Rename PR, Issues and milestone

• [ ] Rename any "OUDS" prefixed token (impact on tokenator)
• [ ] Change documentation content to stop mentioning OUDS its long name
• [ ] Change OUDS reference in comments, selectors and name (scss)

• [ ] Change all the existing content to not reference OUDS (even on previous version ?)
