[OUDS] docs : cleanup raw tokens list in helpers and utilities

Proposal

Remove the raw token list from all utilities and helpers pages.

Motivation and context

Those raw tokens aren't meant to be used by developers directly. It could be perturbing for users to see these tokens in documentation.
