Missing install and use instructions

The project does not include directions on how to install the plug-in and use it. Directions should be provided.

I would really like to use this plugin in my apex 5.1.2 application. Can you please create install/use instructions (finish your to-do list)? Even if it is a short itemized list. Thanks.

I may have some time this weekend... In the meantime, take a look at the unit test application. It may help.
