Unable to open folders on iOS

What is the current behavior? Unable to open folders on iOS, tested with Chrome & Safari

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce Open the demo and double tap to open a folder, the page zooms in and is unable to open the folder

What is the expected behavior? Double tapping allows you to open the folder

Which versions of package, and which browser / OS are affected by this issue? Did this work in previous versions of package? Using the latest package, tested iOS Chrome, Safari, other platforms/browsers on mobile may be affected

@kvolkovich-sc is there any update on this? I know there's a pull request already related to this feature. I have been thinking of starting my own fork for this, but I don't want to duplicate effort.
