Weird deleting of error messages

1. Open File Manager;
2. disconnect to network;
3. try to rename some file;
4. try to download some file;
5. try to delete some file;
6. click on cross icon in second error message. Result: errors of deleting and downloading are removed. Expected result: error of downloading is removed only.
