Fix script to fetch rates to ETH from cryptocompare API

Hey! I've updated the script to fetch rates for ETH as a base currency using Cryptocompare API.

Also with proposed changes the price in USD is always displayed with 2 floating digits and the price in BTC and ETH with 8
