Is this on windows or linux? Is it with OpenSCQ30 v1.19.3, or did you build the latest commit, which is for v2?

Actually, it looks like this has the same model number as the R50i NC, so it may be the same thing with different branding. Please try using v2.0.0-beta4 (or newer)...

Manual noise canceling strength and gaming mode should be fixed in [v2.0.0-beta7](https://github.com/Oppzippy/OpenSCQ30/releases/tag/v2.0.0-beta7). Let me know if anything still isn't working.
