As a user I want to upload directly my logo from the admin section in order to personalize my chatbot and test its rendering in the playground

As mentionned in issue 91 the picture doesn't show at all I don't think it's manageable by the user anyway

SHOULD BE Allow upload of correct size and format for a bot picture and let the user do it if wanted
