Provide additional information on incoming members

Our signup flow gives us an idea of the geographical area someone is coming from, as well as their interests. Can/should we pipe that in the community channel, too?

This would have to come from the backend/ pyback link that's in progress. We'd have to determine what we consider useful information and publicly allowable information and how to present it.
