Make shorter video for landing page

Why is this feature being added?

Right now our 11 minute video is pretty long. From quick searching 2 minutes is the maximum amount if you expect them to get all the information from it. just one source

What should your feature do?

Couple of options:

  1. Condense the current landing page video into something < 2 minutes.
  2. Write script, dedicate to film and edit, etc.

Here's a link to the video that was on the older OC Rails site. It was a little longer, but the production and content were both top-notch. It's a few years old now and is a bit dated, but if we do a new video, re-using that type of format (interviews from founders / staff / volunteers / success stories) could work.

@dmarchante I'm guessing because no one's written the script or created the video? 'Blocked' may be the wrong label - someone just needs to do all the things.

We'd also need somebody to film it. I think the issue is here for posterity, but nobody on GitHub can really accomplish what we need. It's just important to document that it is something that can be improved if the assets are provided.

@wimo7083 I agree. The video is quite large, which may affect the site's loading page. I'd keep it under 2 minutes to avoid creating site loading problems.

It doesn't affect load speed because the video doesn't load until after pressing play; however, this is such an easy fix, we should get this done...
