Why is this feature being added?

So folks can find meetups Near them.

What should your feature do?

Let people find meetups near them!

The map page would also act as the landing page for the community section of the site.

sooo per @AshTemp slack intro is probably # 1 with the map # 2 events and successes at # 3 and scholarships

We've got #995 #214 #13 and this.

With the landing page mocks, it's clear that it's not implemented there.

I'm not sure how to wrangle all these issues together, but perhaps product could summarize all of the above on https://github.com/OperationCode/front-end/issues/166
