bug: Protocol loading times increased immensely

Overview

Currently, having an opentrons system to load protocols for automatic staining of immunohistochmistry protocols. About half a year ago, loading of those protocols didnt take longer than maybe 30sek-1min. Now the same protocols take about 10-15mins to load. Could you please help with this.
