Thermocycler: automate offset tuning process

Right now we manually test every thermocycler and fine tune the offset by eyeballing the observed vs expected temperatures. It is very time consuming and prone to errors. So we will have to automate this process by making a py script that'll log the current temperatures and offsets at strategic temperature points and calculate the deviation of the mean from expected values to adjust the offset.
