[Style Change]: Even height in Testimonials card

Description

Currently, the testimonial card height can differ based on the length of the quote entered in the testimonial form. This will result in uneven heights of testimonial cards.

Solution

This problem can be solved in either of the following ways:

1. Restrict the number of words in the testimonial form field named Quote
2. Add read more functionality as I have added it in videos and road-map sections.
