FEATURE: Add search bar in Tutorials Page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It gets quite frustrating to go through all the tutorials in the page just to find the one we are looking for. This might not be as irritating for a small number of tutorials in a page but as the number of tutorials increase it is frustrating.

Describe the solution you'd like So, I suggest adding a search bar that searches through all the tutorials based on the name of the video and the creators name and youtube channel.

Additional context A search bar would be added right below the title "Tutorials" and the tagline.
