Enhance : Footer section [GSSOC'23]

I would like to change or update the footer section of the website as it is not looking attractive.

This section consumes lots of space . So , I would like to change the ui/ux of this section. Please assign this issue to me under GSSOC'23.

I would like to change the layout of the footer as currently it is not covering the section efficiently, there are a lot of empty spaces which is degrading the appearance of the footer, as can be seen

This is the reference from my previous project where i utilized the space in a non-conventional manner and it turned out to be great.

I will make sure all the current links and content is retained and no changes in that are made except the appearance and layout.I will keep the SEO regulations in mind while designing it, as footer is an important part of navigation and user experience.
