[Feature Request] Public Share Links for Custom Build Dashboards
Context
Currently only the Overview page can be shared publicly. The beauty with custom dashboards is that I can configure it specifically for my business KPIs. However, it does not seem like I can publicly share those.
Thought
Single dashboards and/or reports should be sharable publicly in isolation. This makes the client relation and support much more versatile and feels a critical gap for client-centric use of OpenPanel, that could be filled.
How
The flow of how to share the overview page publicly is excellent. One could re-apply this but for any dashboard/report view.
@lindesvard I put together something for myself that works nicely. Sharing the results with you here.
Not my intention to force a feature on you or anything. Simply close the PR in case it's not relevant.
Note: the feature is built on top of the self-hosting tag from 3 weeks ago. Might be outdated and likely conflicting with anything you've done since.
I have planned to add this and also individual reports. Will look at the PR later this week
@lindesvard I read someone's ask about customizing the overview page - that's maybe a better option! I love this section:
Which I'm not sure you can recreate in custom reports.
