Make it easier to find the place to edit my profile picture

It took me a while to find out where to change my profile picture. I was expecting that it'd be on the settings page (the gear icon).

We should tackle this UIUX challenge when we're doing the complete website redesign.

I'm thinking we probably won't move the profile picture to the settings page, but we'll allow users to change their profile picture on their profile page by just hovering over it (without having to go into edit profile mode). This is how Facebook does it and it should be pretty intuitive for most.
