Allow user to force sync project home folder

It is currently not possible to force sync the home folder. That means if something goes wrong on the sync side, the user can't manually force a sync for any new files added to the home folder. We should fix that. The best way to add force sync to the home folder is probably via a dropdown in the breadcrumbs on the top.
