Extract Henkei::Server into gem

We are using a custom Henkei::Server class (heavily inspired by the Henkei gem) to run Apache Tika in server mode for better performance. Right now, that server class lives in lib/extensions/henkei. It would be better to either merge it into the Henkei repository or to make it a separate gem.
