Bug with Ngamahu, Flame's Advance Chieftain Ascendancy Node using Forbidden Flesh/Flame

When applying Ngamagu, Flame's Advance Chieftain Ascendancy using Forbidden Flesh/Flame it is giving the +3 strength to small passive in an area to Unique Jewels as well as Non-Unique jewels. When it's only supposed to apply to Non-Unique jewels.
