Moonbender's Wing and shield skill interaction

For some reason it says the link is 18+...no idea why, its a screenshot of PoB.

PoB suggests that Moonbender's Wing's physical damage as extra lightning and cold damage also effects Shield Charge, however Shield Charge has no interaction with a MH.

First time reporting a bug, sorry if I have done it incorrectly.
