Blurry Fonts on 1440p monitor

Is it normal that everything in PoB looks blurry on a higher resolution monitor? I guess the UI is rendered at 1080p, but isn't it possible to make the font appear clearer when using a 1440p monitor? I recently upgraded and had no problems on a 1080p monitor, so I wonder if I can do something about it or if the program can implement some kind of clearer font?
