Path of Building.exe has stopped working

Hi i just installed windows 10 pro bcz i got my new video card my pc specs: video: Radeon RX 580 processor: intel core i5 4690k 3.5 ghz ram:16 g ddr3 installed steam and poe and work nice but pob don`t start :( tried exe and zip Release 1.4.170.26 i searched how to fix it and tried deleting temp files; stoped firewall; tried compatibility with all windows versions; cmd and sfc/scannow ; my comp propreties>advanced system settings>under performance...settings>Data execution program and tried all posibilities; tried regedit exefile folder "%1"%* trick; but NOTHING WORK :(( please help me guyz
