SCOURGE ARROW IS SO BROKEN

build it with poison the damage goes down per stage build to bleed it goes up per stage ( BROKEN) take 1.2 seconds to fully pull back at 6.00-10.00 attack speed if you rapid fire at stage 1 it is the same 750% as 1 full draw back so why does the damage go down when you can shoot 5 weak shots for the same about of time it take to do 1 full draw back ( fix it please )
