Point Blank not giving enemy distance input area

In the PoB community fork version 1.4.170.20, point blank doesn't give an input area for enemy distance in the configuration tab for point blanks calculation. Selected deadeye to test, and even created a new build to test if point blank + wand + power siphon gem would give the projectile distance input. None worked.
