Divergent Determination Not Adding Armour

Just as the title says, I added the gem and got no armour added to my character even with 20 quality. Maybe it doesn't work the way it says it does but even with 0 armour before equiping it I should get some because of my evasion rating

The description is colored in red instead of the normal blue. If I understand this right it is sadly not supported yet.
