PoB won't recognize curse medium cluster jewel passive Tempt the Storm

Title. Importing, copying from the game or crafting a jewel with Tempt the Storm will show the skill red and it won't show up in the tree. The tree shows a regular minor node instead. This is new, It wasn't happening till last update, I think.

I have the same problem with other notables. Probably duplicate of issue #2000.

I have compared the list of cluster jewel notables in the (wiki) with the notableSortOrder in PathOfBuilding/Data/3_0/ClusterJewels.lua.

These notables from the wiki are not listed in PoB:
