WIP Closes #209

  • [ ] upgrade pinned commit in this project and all maintained forks to to polkadot-sdk commit on the polkadot-v1.10.0 branch which includes frame-check-metadata-hash-extension and https://github.com/paritytech/polkadot-sdk/pull/4274 (backported recently)
  • [ ] include this in the on-chain-build feature once #213 is merged
