polkadot-runtime-template 🎁 [Feature Request]: Use Polkadot SDK Omni Node

What is the feature you would like to see?

.. When ready and when it is reasonable to do so.

For now, I am opening this issue mainly for awareness and tracking. You can read all about this in https://forum.polkadot.network/t/polkadot-parachain-omni-node-gathering-ideas-and-feedback/7823

Once the omni-node is a bit more mature and can support more consensus types, it can be a drop-in replacement for the node crate that is shipped in each template.

I think it is reasonable to keep the nodes as well, but utmost important is to update the guides to mentioned to the new developers:

"at this point, you are free to use the omni-node, but if you wish to customize the node, this and that is the process".
