Add easy way to add forum widget with list of posts

It would be nice to link to the content that we publish on the forum (announcements, some guides).

This is not difficult to do. See Embedding a list of Discourse Topics in another site.

We need a uniform way to easily add this on any page that we want, selecting the tags that we want to feature on that page.
