Heal network message is misleading

Whenever I press "Heal Network" button, OZW admin will display something like "Heal has been completed" after couple of seconds.

However, this seems to be misleading. Only thing completed has been sending "start updating neighbours" to all nodes. Actual heal will still go on for couple of minutes, during which network will be pretty much unusable (since there appears to be too much heal chatter).

Message should either be changed to something like "Heal started. Please wait few minutes for it to complete" or Admin should wait for REQUEST_NEIGHBOR_UPDATE_DONE from all device before declaring heal complete.
