1.6 Update - Config File Revision Management (node-openzwave-shared)

As per the OZW 1.6 Release Notes, Config Files are now versioned, and can be dynamically updated from the OZW website when new versions are available

Need to export the various Manager Methods around this functionality. Please see the Config File Revision Methods Section
