Some question about setup

When I run cp .env.example .env # open .env and configure cp flask.cfg.example flask.cfg # open flask.cfg and configure

it returns errors of 'No such file', so where are they? I don't see them in the repo. Sorry, I am a new coder.

The repo owner is just a retard who turned the beta branch into the main one without updating the readme. And there won't a readme update for a while because he himself doesn't know how to start it from scratch either.
