This list isn't very useful if it cannot be sorted by date.

IMO the best date to sort by is the last date when something was uploaded to kemono.party on that artist's page. (yiff used to sort by the most recent upload on patreon that was also on yiff instead, which ended up meaning if someone updated yiff with a ton of new content to patreon that updated infrequently no one ever saw it on page 1 of their favorites and as a result may have never checked the updates out.)
a little update, I realized that the importer doesn't STRICTLY need to show dates, if it were sorted by date of most recent update/import/upload etc... ideally it'd show those dates, but really it just needs to be sorted by them (although the option to toggle to things like alphabetical would be really nice too)
atm it's purely sorted by the date you add them to the list, which was probably the easiest to code but is also the least useful ordering for users...
