Update the environment variable path so that source env.sh can be "source" in any folder.

 The XiangShan related codes are latest, ensure it by `update-submodule.sh`. I use gnu toolchain 2024.09.03-nightly, it seems not support v ISA. I tried to remove v but still fail.
