Save files have wrong characters after writing to disk

Describe the bug Save file names containing Cyrillic characters are not displayed correctly in the system. In addition, none of the save files have thumbnails. Please fix this.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Just create save game file with cyrillic characters
  2. Open file manager and go to directory with saves
  3. See error
