Support Request: No volume control for IR speakers

Describe Your Problem

I just settled my pair of speakers as an IR device in Switchbot app, configured the on/off button and the volumes buttons. I added it to the homebridge pluggin but when I go to the Home app I only have the ability to turn on/off, no volume controls. Is it normal? Do I need to do something specific in the config? Thanks a lot for your help
