Add solar level sensor for blind tilt (or any device with a solar charger)

Current Situation

The native app allows you to set blind position based on sunlight level - but this is not exposed to/via the API. It would be good if it was!

Proposed Change

Publish the connected solar charger light level via the device attributes.
