Add ability to fetch a still image from the camera.

Current Situation

It is not possible to use the camera for anything other than a motion detector at the moment as there is no way to grab an image.

Proposed Change

Provide an API method to retrieve a still image file from the camera (such as a jpeg file).

Additional Context

This would enable the camera to be used for more useful purposes such as showing the user what triggered the camera in a dashboard.
