more OCP intents

OCP intents only trigger if media is currently playing and are part of ocp_high pipeline

• enable/disable shuffle
• enable/disable repeat
  • repeat state can be: None, Track, Playlist
• what is currently playing (and maybe subintents for current artist/music/album/playlist...)
• lower/increase media volume (not global, only on the playback application)
  • if media is playing this should take precedence over regular volume skill
