Unable to hear participants voice or see participants when they are connected to call when it is being recorded

Working with Openvidu, unable to get voice or video of participants who joined the call after the recording has started, On the other hand when the call is being recorded and if a participant loses his internet connection, after getting the internet connection the participant is able to join the call but the rest of the participants cannot hear his voice, However the person who rejoined the call can hear others voice.

This issue is in the Demo application Itself, can you please resolve this.

Here is the Observation that we had when other participants cannot hear the participant who re-joined the call when it is being recorded, or when a person Joins the call after the recording has started.

Note - This issue appears only when the recording has started, Before the recording starts , if a participant lost his internet connection , if he tries to join the call after getting internet.. participants can hear each others voice very well.

Please can you share openvidu-server logs and Kurento Media Server logs? Please indicate the exact time of different events (participant loosing connection, reconnecting, etc...) so we can analyze relevant log entries to understand what is going on.

We used cloud formation template for deployment, If you want kurento logs also, then we can give you if you can you please help us where to find Kurento logs..

Please send us openvidu logs by other means.

I imagine you have attached logs by email but GitHub are not able to add files to issues.
