tap-windows6 9.27.0 hangs forever when writing

when i install a virtual network device using tap-windows6 9.27.0 ，I encountered the same problem as https://github.com/OpenVPN/tap-windows6/issues/3. The phenomenon is the same as mentioned in this issue. I changed the version from 9.27.0 to 9.25.0, The problem still exists. I found this issue and tried to replace it with 9.22.1,and the problem solved. Please check whether the previous changes have been merged into the latest code.
