Unable to remove tap0901 device from Windows 8.1 preview.

Nothing can delete this device. Device manager can not delete tap0901. Devcon.exe remove tap0901 too.

Also this is displayed in device manager property window.

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31) An object ID was not found in the file.
